The documentary screening of Dislecksia: The Movie (here is the official trailer) will be on Tuesday, November 13 @ 7pm in Oswego, NY! (If you are from Oswego try to come out to see the screening because it will be a great and interesting opportunity!) Dyslexic director Harvey Hubbell V, with a crew containing several dyslexic members, presents the latest scientific knowledge about dyslexia and the experiences of dyslexics.
This will be followed by a panel discussion with our own Dr. Kris Munger and Dr. Maria Murray. Viewers will come to know dyslexics as people, not just statistics, and the causes and effects of dyslexia as well as what can be done about it. The panel will lead a casual discussion before an audience Q&A.
The Director, Harvey Hubbell will be in attendance and would love to hear how dyslexia and learning disabilities are addressed in our community.
